MORE INFORMATION
The Department of Human Resources, Organisation and Labor Economics consists of a vibrent mix of researchers interested in human relations, organizational management, and employment studies.
Our research is specifically concerned with group dynamics, decision-making, leadership and communication at work, earnings and wealth inequalities, diversity (aging, gender, eduction), labor market institutions and firm performance.
We publish in top-journals such as Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Industrial and labor Relations Review, Industrial Relations (Berkeley) and Regional Studies.
We regularly advise various organizations including the European Central Bank, the European Trade Union Institute, the National Bank of Belgium, the European Commission and the OECD.
