RESUME

Guida Ayza Estopà is a PhD candidate at the Department of Applied Economics at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She is interested in applied microeconomics and policy evaluation, with a particular attention on health, labor, and gender topics. Her PhD thesis lies on the intersection of labor and health economics, her research focuses on the policy evaluation of social security programs, principally disability insurances, with a particular focus on mental health. She holds a Bachelor's and an MSc in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona. She is also a teaching assistant in public economics.
