RESUME
I am an Associate Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Economics, Social Studies, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics (ESOMAS) at the University of Turin. I am also an Affiliate at the Collegio Carlo Alberto and a Research Fellow at both the Centre Emile Bernheim de Recherche Interdisciplinaire en Gestion (CEBRIG) - Université Libre de Bruxelles and the LABORatorio Riccardo Revelli.
My research interests lie in the field of applied microeconomics and include labor economics, industrial and business economics, gender economics, and the economics of innovation. I am particularly interested in studying labor issues, such as wages, mobility, and the organization of human resources, from a firm-level perspective.
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Turin, in collaboration with the Collegio Carlo Alberto. My work has been published in international journals, including Economica, Labor Economics, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Research Policy, and the International Journal of Industrial Organization.
At ESOMAS, I currently teach Microeconomics, Data Management and Programming, and Productivity and Efficiency Analysis of Firms.
