RESUME

Abigail Alves is a PhD student at the CEBRIG and Cescup under the supervision of Prof. Claudia Toma and Prof. Pinar Celik. Her research focuses on diversity and leadership. More specifically, she investigates the impact of aspirations, support and organizational decentralization on the emergence of ethnic minority leaders. 

Abigail holds a Master in Social, Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Lorraine (France). This Master has trained her on several topics such as change management, equality and diversity policies, recruitment and hosting trainings. In France, she has also worked for AKSIS company as a consultant, hosting trainings for professionals and as a partnership manager for an inclusive and cultural association.
