RESUME
I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Centre Emile Bernheim de Recherche Interdisciplinaire en Gestion (CEBRIG) at Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and the Center for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI) at Université Clermont-Auvergne (France).
As a development economist, I specialize in resource mobilization and governance in Fragile, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) contexts. My research focuses on key areas such as tax mobilization (domestic and external), tax administration performance, natural resource management, firm and banking sector performance, and illicit trade management in conflict-affected regions. I have collaborated with global development institutions and research organizations, including the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF), contributing to policy-relevant research and development solutions for complex challenges in fragile settings.
