RESUME
Izabela Woinska is a PhD Candidate in innovation. Her research focuses both on transitions between innovation projects and how innovation teams adapt throughout systemic societal transitions.
She graduated from a master's in business engineering at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
Before joining the ULB as a PhD candidate, she worked for 3 years as a sustainable strategy consultant at Accenture and BXVentures. Over that time, she advised companies in diverse industries: banking, energy, public institutions, human resources, and real estate.
She also spent one year interviewing entrepreneurs who thrive to do business within planetary and social boundaries and researching post-growth entrepreneurship. This enabled her to co-build a 24-hour online training on post growth-entrepreneurship.
