RESUME
I hold a Master degree in Business engineering from the Louvain School of Management (UCL). I also have a Specialized Master's degree in International and Development Economics from UNamur. After my studies, I first worked for 1.5 years as a relationship manager in the non-profit and public sectors for a bank. I then joined the NGO VIA Don Bosco in July 2020 as a financial program manager. I supported the implementation of international projects and contributed to the NGO's policy development, programming, and project adjustment processes.
I was engaged by IWEPS in September 2024 as a quantitative researcher in demography and immigration. My first mission is to do a thesis. The subject will be the educational pathways of young people from immigrant backgrounds in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. I'm going to look at whether (and how) their pathways vary from those of the native-born and what are the consequences for their socio-professional integration.
