RESUME
Inmaculada Macias Alonso is Assistant Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. She obtained her PhD in Management in 2018 from IE Business School, Spain. Before joining ULB, she spent three years as a Joint Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy Shool and the University of Chicago (USA).
With a multidisciplinary background in political science, area studies and management, Inmaculada is conducting research in the areas of leadership, diversity management and inequality.
