MORE INFORMATION

LEAD lab is a research unit of Solvay Brussels School of Economis & Management, Université libre de Bruxelles. It brings together a team of junior and senior scholars dedicated to exploring leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizational contexts. Their work examines how intergroup relations, identity, power, and culture shape workplace dynamics and aims to generate theoretical insights and practical solutions for more inclusive leadership and equitable institutions.
