RESUME
Emilie Jacquart is a joint PhD researcher at CEESE (ULB) and COSMOPOLIS (VUB), under the supervision of Prof. Marek Hudon and Prof. David Bassens.
She is a member of the SWIFFT collective, a transdisciplinary group of researchers from ULB and VUB dedicated to advancing sustainable transitions. Her research focuses on the role of private financial actors in decarbonisation, with a particular interest in how investment decisions are made in contexts of heightened and systemic uncertainty arising from climate change and the green transition.
Emilie holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, with a specialisation in Social and Sustainable Enterprises, from the University of Liège. Before joining academia, she worked for two years in the social economy sector, an experience that shaped her interest in ecological transition, inequality, and social justice.
