RESUME
Dr. Martine George is Professor of Management Practice at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, where she teaches Data Science, Coaching, Leadership, and Personal Development. She leads the Data Science course in the Master in Management Science and develops Executive Education programs in Personal Development and Coaching for Advanced Masters and EMBA participants. Recipient of the Senior Teaching Award (2019) for her Data Science class, she strives to combine analytical rigor with human-centred leadership development.
Holding a PhD in Physics, an MBA, and a Master in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), and with two decades of senior leadership experience in analytics, innovation, and strategic marketing, Dr. George works at the intersection of data science and coaching. She integrates evidence, data, and systems thinking into her coaching and supervision practice to support individual and organizational growth.
She is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), ACTC Team Coach, and EMCC-accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA). In both teaching and practice she focuses on reflective partnerships with executives, entrepreneurs, tech professionals, and PhD students.
